What is RAW District Phase 2? +
RAW District Phase 2 is the next release of RAW District by Imtiaz in Dubai. Phase 1 is sold out; Phase 2 is coming soon. Registering an Expression of Interest (EOI) now secures your place ahead of the official allocation.
What is an EOI and how much is it? +
An EOI is a place-holding registration that grants priority access to unit selection ahead of the public launch. The amount depends on the unit: AED 50,000 for a studio, AED 80,000 for a 1-bedroom, and AED 100,000 for 2 & 3-bedroom homes, offices and retail.
Why submit an EOI before choosing a unit? +
The best inventory — floors, views and layouts — is allocated in order of the EOI queue. Submitting early secures your priority to choose first when Phase 2 opens.
What are the payment plans? +
Two plans are available: 50/50, and 60/40 with a post-handover component.
