Pafilia is headquartered in Paphos and develops mainly across Paphos and Limassol, the two regions where most of its residential communities and landmark projects are located. It also has a presence in Athens, Greece.

Can buying a Pafilia property lead to Cyprus residency?+

Cyprus offers Permanent Residency by investment, generally from around €300,000 (plus VAT) in new residential property that meets the programme's criteria. This grants residence rights, not citizenship — Cyprus discontinued its citizenship-by-investment programme in 2020.

Yes. Cyprus allows freehold ownership of property. Title is registered with the Cyprus Department of Lands and Surveys (the Land Registry), which issues the title deed. Buyers should confirm title-deed status and any permits for each specific unit.
