Introduce a buyer. Earn 30% of our commission.

1. 1.130% of Palmera's net commission on every completed deal.
2. 1.2No cap. A large deal pays the same share as a small one.
3. 1.3No tiers, no minimum volume. Your first deal pays what your fiftieth pays.
4. 1.4No licence. You introduce; our licensed team transacts.
5. 1.5Free to join. Nothing to pay, nothing to upload. We ask for payout details only when a commission is due.
6. 1.6From any country, for buyers from any country.

1. 2.1

   Your referral link

One code, and it works on every page we publish. Put it on a project, a developer or an area, and the buyer who arrives through it is yours. Each page opens in the buyer’s own language, 19 of them.

2. 2.2

   Your QR code

Generated per site in your partner area. For print, events, business cards and video overlays.

3. 2.3

   Register the buyer yourself

Name and phone are enough. The duplicate check runs against our CRM in seconds and you get a timestamped confirmation.

1. 3.1

   First-touch, 180 days

A buyer who first arrives through your link is yours for 180 days, even if they come back later through our own advertising. Most programmes use last-touch and quietly take the buyer away when the company retargets them. We do not.

2. 3.2

   Protection that restarts

A buyer you register is protected for 180 days. Each documented step, a call, a viewing, restarts the clock. Once a unit is booked, attribution is locked to you.

3. 3.3

   Duplicates decided by a person

If a buyer you register is already in our system, a person checks the dates and answers within one business day. You are told which category applied and the date we matched against. Never a bare rejection.

4. 3.4

   A 7-day claim window

A buyer of yours arrived without your code? Claim them within 7 days of their enquiry, with what you can show us. You get the decision, and the reasoning, in writing.

5. 3.5

Told about everything you did not do

An email at every stage that matters, and a notification in your area for anything that happened to your leads without you: a buyer came in through your link, a status moved.

6. 3.6

   Where your money is

Deal in progress, transferred, approved pending payment, paid. Every commission row with your fee and its payout reference.

1. 8.1

   Anyone with a network

You know people thinking about a property abroad and you want to be paid for the introduction. One link in a WhatsApp group is a valid strategy.

2. 8.2

   Brokers and agents abroad

Your clients ask you about Dubai and you have nowhere to send them. You keep the relationship; we put a licensed brokerage on the ground behind you, and you are paid without holding a UAE licence.

3. 8.3

   Travel agencies

Your clients already fly to Dubai. A property conversation on the way is a natural extension, and you earn on something you were never able to sell before.

4. 8.4

   Website owners and publishers

Referral links work on any page of our sites. The API pulls the live catalogue into your own site. The Studio builds auto-updating project blocks with no code.

5. 8.5

   Marketers and SEO specialists

Paid social needs no approval. Google Ads traffic carries its click ID through to the sale, and the conversions export back into your account, so you can optimise on revenue instead of form fills.

6. 8.6

   Influencers and creators

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube. Tour a project, compare two areas, film a handover, answer what a budget actually buys. Your link or QR code in the bio, the caption or the description keeps that buyer yours for 180 days.

It also fits people whose work already sits next to the decision: agencies running campaigns for clients abroad, relocation and immigration consultants, community organisers, and anyone building an AI tool that needs a real property catalogue behind it.

Illustrative. Partners keep 30% of Palmera's net commission on every completed deal; on a typical Dubai off-plan sale that works out to roughly 1.5% of the property value. The actual figure depends on the developer, the project and the final price, and your dashboard shows it for each of your deals once it is calculated.

1. 11.1

Within 14 days of cleared funds

The developer pays Palmera, and your commission is due from that moment. We transfer it within 14 days.

2. 11.2

Bank transfer or USDT, in your name

To an account in your own name, or your company’s. Never to a third party, in any market.

3. 11.3

   Nothing needed at registration

Identity documents and payout details are collected when a commission is actually due, not before.

4. 11.4

   No minimum, no cap

Every completed deal pays, whatever its size.

1. 12.1Social media, organic and paid: open. No approval needed.
2. 12.2Talking about Dubai as a market, areas, prices as published, payment plans: free everywhere, no permit.
3. 12.3Naming a Dubai or Abu Dhabi project: the ad carries the permit number. We publish it; you copy it.
4. 12.4Search ads: never bid on Palmera, a developer's name or a project name. We supply a negative-keyword list on request.
5. 12.5Claims: only figures published on our pages. No guaranteed returns, no promised appreciation, no visa outcomes.
6. 12.6Advertise as yourself. You can say you work with Palmera; you cannot present yourself as Palmera or as one of its brokers.
7. 12.7If we ask for something to come down, usually because a project sold out, it comes down within 48 hours.
