About the project
Franck Muller Aeternitas is the first residence the Swiss watchmaker Franck Muller has ever lent its name to, built in Dubai Marina by London Gate. The tower rises 450 metres over 106 floors and is crowned by a Franck Muller clock, making it the world’s tallest branded residential clock tower.
The design takes its cue from the Aeternitas Mega, the most complicated wristwatch the maison has built: 36 complications and 1,483 components. The same attention to fine margins runs through the building, from the lobby where the signature timepieces welcome you from every zone, to the stone, joinery and glass in each residence.
Dubai Marina is the address the tower was made for — the marina walk, the beach and the golf courses are all minutes away, and the Dubai Tram stops a five-minute walk from the door.

The tower
Aeternitas holds 106 floors above ground on a single Dubai Marina plot. The upper reaches, floors 94 to 105, are given over to the Sky Villas and Sky Mansions collection, which begins at 400 metres. Below them the tower runs through one-, two- and three-bedroom residences and the Franck Muller Villas and Mansions.

About the developer
London Gate was established in 2014 and is headquartered in Dubai. The company takes its name from London and set out to bring that city’s mix of period elegance and modern confidence into Dubai’s skyline. Under CEO Eman Taha it has built a track record of delivering residential property across the emirate, and Aeternitas is its first collaboration with a watchmaking maison.
Franck Muller is the brand partner on this project, not the developer: the maison brings its name, its design language and its standards, while London Gate builds and delivers the tower.
