LIV Marina is a G+44 residential tower by LIV Development on the waterfront of Dubai Marina, in the stretch the developer calls the marina's Five Star Quarter. It stands next to the Grosvenor House hotel, within walking distance of the Ritz-Carlton, the InterContinental, Le Royal Meridien and the beach. The tower is finished. Homes look out to the sea and Palm Jumeirah on one side and over the marina water on the other, and some take in both.
The homes on sale
The 2BR apartment on level 17 measures 1,309 sq ft, balconies included. It has an open kitchen beside the living and dining room, a master bedroom with its own bathroom, a second bedroom and two balconies. One entire floor is set aside for amenities. There is a swimming pool and a kids' pool, a gym that looks over the marina, an outdoor gym, a yoga studio and an outdoor yoga deck, and separate steam and sauna rooms for men and women. Location and payment
The developer puts The Walk and The Beach at JBR and the Emirates and Montgomerie golf clubs within five minutes, Palm Jumeirah about 5 minutes away, Mall of the Emirates about 7 and both Dubai International and Al Maktoum International airports about 22. The Dubai Metro, the Dubai Tram, the RTA water taxi and Sheikh Zayed Road are all close. Because the tower is complete, the purchase runs on a short schedule: 20% on booking and the remaining 80% within 60 days.
