LIV Waterside is a gated waterfront community by LIV Development in Dubai Marina, built on what the developer calls the widest waterfront plot in the marina. Its tower rises to 26 levels above the water, and the developer says every home in the development has full marina views. The building is finished and ready to move into, and the home on sale is paid in full on booking.

The home on sale

One home is on offer: a 4BR home on the ground floor with 10,101 sq ft. Like every home at LIV Waterside, it looks out over the marina. The developer's finish list for the homes includes imported European wood floors, walk-in wardrobes, oversized bedrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows, with marble bathrooms, soaking tubs, walk-in showers, accent lighting and smoked mirrors.

Amenities and services

Residents come in through a gated entrance with 24-hour security and arrive at a drop-off lined with planting, water features, olive trees and palms. The double-height lobby has a reception desk with round-the-clock security and a concierge. The amenities take up three levels served by their own lift. Indoors there is a gym, a yoga studio, a women's spa with a sauna and a cold plunge, an experience shower, a cinema, a virtual golf room, billiards, a kids' playroom and a residents' lounge on the promenade level. Outside are a pool with cabanas, a kids' pool, an outdoor dining lounge and a residents' garden with a café. Residents also get charging points for electric cars and free Wi-Fi in the amenity spaces.

Location and payment

Dubai Marina is built around a man-made canal more than three kilometres long, with the Marina Walk promenade and its restaurants and cafés running along the water. The Dubai Metro and the main highways connect the district to the rest of the city. LIV Waterside sits at the water's edge, with marina views on three sides of the plot. As the building is complete, the payment is simple: 100% on booking.
