Sunny Moon in Nai Harn, Phuket

Sunny Moon is a three-building apartment complex by Sunny Holding in Nai Harn, at the southern tip of Phuket. It holds 297 apartments set in jungle 750 metres from Nai Harn Beach, and the developer sells them as sea-view homes. The project received an Asia Pacific Property Awards honour for 2024-2025. Sunny Holding has 13 years of construction experience and builds in seven countries, Thailand among them.

The residences

The homes on sale start with studios of 37 to 69 m2. One-bedroom apartments measure 56 to 90 m2, two-bedroom apartments 114 to 142 m2 and three-bedroom apartments 164 to 186 m2. On the 7th floor, the top floor of building 3, sits a single four-bedroom penthouse of 273 m2 with an 82 m2 living room, four bathrooms and a 42 m2 balcony facing the jungle that surrounds a local Buddhist temple. Interiors use wood, stone and textiles, the apartments are delivered turnkey with a furniture package, and the developer's own management company looks after the complex. Sunny Holding gives Q3 2027 as the completion date of the Third Edition, building 3.

Amenities

The roof of building 3 has a pool filled with sea water, open to residents only, and a sauna with panoramic views. The complex also has a restaurant and two bars, one on the roof and one by the pool, an art-style rooftop for watching the sunset, a rooftop cinema, a spa with hammam and salt rooms, an Ayurvedic centre and a gym. For work and leisure there are a coworking space with meeting rooms, a library, a music and podcast studio, a VR zone, an adults' games room with billiards and table tennis, and a children's playroom. Water from a spring on the site is filtered and piped to every apartment. Solar panels, EV charging, a smart home system, laundry, underground parking and round-the-clock security are part of the plan.

Location

Nai Harn Beach, a bay of about 600 metres between cliffs and forested hills, is 750 metres away. Rawai Beach is 850 metres off and the lake, with its walking path, 400 metres. The developer counts 7 minutes to restaurants, spas and markets and 10 minutes to a school, a kindergarten and a children's park. Promthep Cape, Yanui Beach, the Windmill viewpoint and the Big Buddha are nearby.
