    Sunny Holding

    Sunny Holding was co-founded by Igor Grosu and Viktoria Halitska and has more than ten years of construction behind it. Its finished work is in Bali: seven projects in the Canggu area, from the nine-apartment Sunny Nine to the 50-apartment Sunny Aparts II, in Berawa, Batu Bolong and Umalas. In Phuket it is building Sunny Moon, three buildings with 297 apartments in Nai Harn, at the southern tip of the island. The holding has offices in Bali, Phuket and Costa Rica, and alongside development it runs property management and consulting.

    Sunny Holding's record.

    In Bali, Sunny Holding builds small projects: apartment blocks of nine to fifty homes, short rows of townhouses, a villa compound of 25. Sunny Moon is a different size of job, and the holding has put its effort into what residents share: a sea-water pool on the roof, a spa, a music studio. The project received an Asia Pacific Property Awards honour for 2024-2025. After handover, the holding's own property management division looks after the homes.

    The finished projects are all in Canggu, on the south-west coast of Bali. In Berawa: Sunny Aparts I with 42 apartments, Sunny Aparts II with 50, Sunny Nine with nine, Sunny Cuddles with 25 villas and Sunny Village with 28 homes. In Umalas, Sunny Umalas has 30 townhouses, and in Batu Bolong, Sunny Village Batu Bolong has 14. Under way in Bali are Sunny Muse in Batu Bolong, Sunny Samudra and Luma Biohacking Resort in Uluwatu, and Amara Wedding Resort in Amed. The company also lists building work in Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, Georgia and Costa Rica.

    Three-building apartment complex in Nai Harn, Phuket
    Sunny Moon
    297 apartments, from studios up to a single four-bedroom penthouse, set in jungle 750 metres from Nai Harn Beach, 850 metres from Rawai Beach and 400 metres from the lake. Building started in April 2024. The roof of building 3 holds a sea-water pool for residents and a sauna with a panoramic view, and the complex has a restaurant, two bars, a spa with a hammam and salt rooms, an Ayurvedic centre, a gym, a cinema, coworking space, a library and a music and podcast studio. Spring water from the site is filtered and piped to every apartment, and solar panels and car chargers are part of the plan. Apartments are finished in wood, stone and textiles and come furnished.

    In Bali the holding builds on a small scale, and Sunny Moon is where it grows. The Phuket complex puts most of its weight on what residents share: a rooftop with a sea-water pool, a sauna and a cinema, a spa and an Ayurvedic centre, a coworking floor, a library, a music studio. Interiors are kept to natural materials, wood, stone and textiles, and the apartments are handed over furnished.
