Korantina Homes has been building in Paphos since 1990. It was founded by George Ioannou and is based in Peyia, on the west coast of the district. Its best-known work is Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort, a five-star resort with private villas on 2 km of coastline facing Yeronisos island. In Kato Paphos it has added two more resorts: Royal Bay beside Venus Beach, and SOHO Resort on the Poseidonos Avenue seafront. Korantina also maintains the homes it builds and can rent them out for their owners.

A five-star resort on 2 km of Blue Flag coastline facing Yeronisos island, with a 202-room hotel and around 220 private villas of three to five bedrooms. Owners share the Cleopatra Spa, a serviced sandy beach, tennis, padel, football pitches and a choice of restaurants.
