Royal Bay Resort, Kato Paphos, Paphos

Royal Bay Resort is a private seaside resort on Tombs of the Kings Avenue in Kato Paphos, right next to the Venus Beach hotel. The beach is part of the resort, and the Aspire international school is a short walk away.

The resort combines 43 villas with three apartment buildings. The villas have three to six bedrooms, high ceilings, a fully fitted kitchen and a private pool, laid out over a basement, ground and first floor. Some sit on the hillside with sea views, others on the seafront itself. The largest add a lift, a private gym, a cinema or games room and a jacuzzi.

The apartments have two or three bedrooms and look out to the sea and the sunset. On the top floors are three-bedroom penthouses with private pools, roof gardens and barbecue areas.
