About the project
Cap St Georges Villas are the private homes of Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort in Peyia, on the west coast of Paphos. The resort runs along 2 km of shoreline with Blue Flag waters and faces the small island of Yeronisos. Around 220 villas share the estate with a 202-room five-star hotel.
The villas have three, four or five bedrooms. The architecture is contemporary, finished in local stone, wood and mosaics, and the houses step down a gentle slope, so most of them look straight out to sea.
Owners live the way members of a private club do. The seashore clubhouse has a 24-hour reception and concierge. The Cleopatra Spa covers 2,585 m² and has an indoor heated pool, and next to it are the Nautilus gym, three tennis courts, padel and two UEFA-standard football pitches. Kafizis beach is sandy and fully serviced. For dinner there is Sapori for Italian, Bonsai for Asian and Kohili for Cypriot cooking, Sky7 for fine dining with a rotating line-up of Michelin chefs, and the Chroma lounge. Children from 3 to 12 have the Happy Seal Kidz Club, and the estate has its own farm, Perivoli.
The resort looks after the house too: medical care on site, 24/7 security, housekeeping and maintenance. When owners are away, the operator can rent the villa out on request.
