Platon Exclusive Villas is a gated collection of thirteen detached villas in Zygi, a quiet coastal village between Limassol and Larnaca with its own marina and a slower pace than either city.
The villas come in four layouts across plots of 307–638 m², with 120–125 m² of internal space over one or two floors, three or four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Every villa has its own swimming pool — 3 × 6 m or 4 × 8 m — covered and open verandas, a landscaped plot and two parking spaces. Padel courts are built on site.
Zygi Marina is around 13 minutes away by car and Larnaca Airport about 32 minutes, with Limassol's seafront and old town roughly 45–50 minutes along the coast.
Eight of the thirteen villas are available. The four type A villas sit on plots of 307–308 m² at €559,000 each; the four type B villas on plots of 398–490 m² run from €590,000 to €627,000. All eight are three-bedroom houses of 120 m² over two floors. The single-storey type C and D villas are sold. Prices exclude VAT and Land Registry transfer fees.
