About the project
Bureau Lamar is Lamar Development‘s ultra-premium commercial district on the crescent-shaped peninsula of Business Bay, wrapped by more than 555 metres of direct frontage on the Dubai Water Canal. Conceived as a fully commercial destination of seven buildings, it brings together Grade A offices, curated luxury retail and dining, and a dedicated cultural quarter — with clear views towards Downtown Dubai and Jumeirah.
The offices set a new benchmark for the district: around 741,000 sq ft of Grade A space arranged as full-floor, single-tenant plates of 10,000–12,000 sq ft — no shared floors, no compromises. At street level, some 94,000 sq ft of retail and F&B is being hand-picked from world-class operators, while the cultural district adds a museum, performance theatre and library to the waterfront.
The masterplan was awarded to acclaimed Japanese architect Jun’ya Ishigami following an international design competition, and the wider development includes a five-star hotel, health club, spa and rooftop bar. Sales are being conducted discreetly to qualified investors: expressions of interest are open and fully refundable, with a 10% initial payment to reserve.
