    Metropol develops residential, investment and suburban projects across Tbilisi and Batumi, with 545,000 m² of construction and more than GEL 1.05 billion invested. In Tbilisi it has built in Lisi, Shindisi, Nadzaladevi, Kavtaradze, Ortachala, Vera, Vake and Bagebi; in Batumi it is building three towers around the Alley of Heroes, two of them with a five-star Royal Tulip hotel of the Louvre Hotels Group, for which Metropol is the exclusive representative in Adjara.

    Metropol has brought an international hotel group to the Alley of Heroes: two of its Batumi towers include a five-star Royal Tulip hotel, part of the Louvre Hotels Group, and Metropol is Royal Tulip's exclusive representative in the Adjara region. Its scale shows in the numbers it publishes: 545,000 m² of construction, more than 3,500 apartments and more than 2,000 people employed.

    Metropol has developed across Tbilisi, in Lisi, Shindisi, Nadzaladevi, Kavtaradze, Ortachala, Vera, Vake and Bagebi, and describes itself as the first Georgian developer to run residential, investment and suburban projects at the same time. In Batumi it is building Metropol CUBE, 42 floors with a Royal Tulip hotel, due in the second quarter of 2028; Metropol Oval, 34 floors, also with a Royal Tulip hotel; and The Parallel, two 35-floor towers facing the Adjarabet Arena, due at the end of 2027.
