About the project
The Parallel is a pair of 35-floor residential towers at 19 to 23 Tbel Abuseridze Street in Batumi, built by Metropol. They stand in front of the Adjarabet Arena, in the Alley of Heroes district, 500 metres from the beach, with the House of Justice, the Dancing Fountains, Black Sea Mall and the Alley of Heroes itself close by.
Each floor holds only seven to eleven apartments, from studios of 32.5 m² to penthouses of up to 184 m², with seven penthouses at the top of each tower. The towers are turned to catch the morning sun, and their windows look out over the arena, the mountains and the sea. Three lifts from leading manufacturers serve each tower, parking is underground, and a reception with concierge service and round-the-clock video surveillance look after the buildings. Around them are landscaped grounds with lawns, trees, walking alleys and street lighting.
Apartments are handed over in black frame, ready for the owner's own finish, with the entrance door and locks, all central engineering connections and a tiled balcony included. Metropol sells with 20% down and interest-free instalments, and completion is planned for December 2027.
