Archi is ISO-certified and audited by Deloitte, and it controls a key material itself: it built Georgia's first Ytong aerated-concrete block factory in a $15 million partnership with Germany's Xella, and its buildings use those blocks for energy efficiency and fire resistance. It works with international hotel brands, Wyndham for Ramada Batumi and, together with Next, Swissôtel for the Kobuleti Beach Resort, and it has a strategic partnership with BI Group. Five per cent of the company's profits fund its #Archicares social programme.
