King's Garden, Old Tbilisi

King's Garden is a hotel with private residences by Capital Partners of Georgia in Old Tbilisi, the historic centre of the capital and the part of the city that draws the most visitors. The residences are in two buildings, Block A and Block C. Block A has commercial space and the lobby on the ground floor, parking below ground, and homes on the floors above, with the penthouse on the seventh.

The developer's current list offers 24 residences from 100.6 to 501.6 m², and every one of them has a terrace. Several join two or three neighbouring apartments into one home. Most plans are built around a large open kitchen, living and dining room, and many add walk-in closets and a separate laundry or storage room. The figures below are total areas, terraces included:

Prices are set in euros. Block C starts at €5,500 per m², Block A runs from €6,000 per m² on its first floors to €7,200 on the sixth, and the penthouse is priced at €10,000 per m². The lowest price on the list is €599,500, for a two-bedroom of 109 m² in Block C. Dollar prices on this page use the developer's own rate of 1 EUR = 1.09 USD.

The plans for King's Garden include a World Class club, designed by Brains Buro under the supervision of World Class Georgia. The design has a 50 m² reception lobby, a cardio zone with a café, a 20-metre swimming pool with relaxation areas, VIP changing rooms, a 338 m² gym with Technogym equipment, a boxing and martial arts zone and a 36 m² Pilates studio.

Property in Georgia is sold freehold, and foreign buyers can own it outright.
