    European Village

    European Village is the construction holding behind Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio, a resort of five hotels on 2.7 hectares in Gonio with more than a hundred facilities on its grounds. Away from the coast it is building Wyndham Garden Pasanauri Spa & Wellness in the Aragvi valley, on the road from Tbilisi to Gudauri, and in Batumi itself Grand Life, a five-star city hotel under the WorldHotels Luxury brand. The company's earlier work was residential, four projects finished between 2019 and 2025. What it sells now are hotel apartments, townhouses and rooms under international hotel brands, paid in interest-free instalments to the developer.

    THE TRACK RECORD

    European Village's record.

    The hotel side rests on named partners. Wyndham Grand is the brand over the Gonio resort, and the developer's brochures name Aimbridge Hospitality as the hotel management company and RCI as the room exchange network open to owners. Grand Life in Batumi carries the WorldHotels Luxury brand of BWH Hotels, also with Aimbridge Hospitality as manager. European Village LLC won the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2025 in the Best Luxury Branded Hotel Residences category for Georgia, and its brochures cite a place among the Forbes Georgia Top 10 brands. For the Pasanauri hotel the developer publishes its contractors by name: DMARK for the architecture, NOA Studio for the interiors and LG Group for the facade, with lifts from KONE, safety systems from Honeywell, revolving doors from Dormakaba and sanitaryware from VitrA.

    The company lists its finished work by year: European Village Old in 2019, European Village New in 2022, European Village Elite in 2023 and Elite Family Residence in 2025. The current projects are larger and built around hotels. Four parts of Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio, called Aqua, Family Club, Riviera and Villas, are scheduled for handover in 2026. Aqua is a twenty-storey hotel with health-resort functions, an aqua zone and a panoramic restaurant on the roof, and Riviera is a row of three-storey townhouses about 800 metres from the sea. In Pasanauri the Wyndham Garden hotel is, by the developer's account, the first hotel of an international chain in the town.

    Branded hotel apartments
    Aqua Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio
    A twenty-storey hotel inside the Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio resort, with health-resort functions, an aqua zone and a panoramic restaurant on the roof. Studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units are on sale, and handover is scheduled for 2026. Owners and guests share the resort's grounds: two All Inclusive and three à la carte restaurants, a wine house, a chacha house and pool bars, four outdoor and two indoor pools, two spa complexes plus a halal spa, a physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre, a kids' club with animators and nannies, bowling, a cinema and a library.

    Riviera Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio
    Three-storey townhouses in the same Gonio resort, about 800 metres from the sea. Each has three bedrooms and a terrace that looks out over the sea and the mountains, and owners use the full resort infrastructure. Handover is set for 2026, and the developer sells them with 30% down and up to 24 months of interest-free instalments.

    Pasanauri Spa & Wellness Wyndham Garden
    A Wyndham Garden hotel in the Aragvi valley at Pasanauri, about twenty minutes from Gudauri by the developer's timing, and the first hotel of an international chain in the town. It is planned around business, wellness and events: a Sky Spa with hot outdoor plunge pools, a pool that changes between indoor and outdoor with the season, a restaurant for up to 120 guests serving Georgian and European food, Pasanauri khinkali and a kosher menu, conference halls, a banquet hall under a glass roof, an open-air ceremony lawn, yoga spaces, an open-air cinema and children's rooms with nannies. Hotel studios are on sale.
    City hotel and residences
    Grand Life
    A five-star city hotel in central Batumi under the WorldHotels Luxury brand, in two curved blocks around a courtyard pool: Block A holds 86 hotel rooms and Block B 69 residences. It has a Georgian restaurant, a fitness and wellness centre with wine therapy, a kids' centre and a playground, and residents get access to the 100+ facilities of the Gonio resort. The walls are 30 cm ceramic block, the windows are Rehau and a standby generator covers power cuts. Studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units are on sale under a 42-month interest-free plan.

    Signature style

    European Village builds the hotel first and sells the units inside it. The Gonio resort works as one campus of five hotels that share restaurants, pools, spas, a rehabilitation centre and children's clubs, so a unit in Aqua or Riviera comes with the whole site rather than a single lobby. The buildings are classical in outline, with arcades, balustrades and pale facades. In Pasanauri the developer went further and published the specification: a natural-stone ventilated facade, a glass dome with programmable LED lighting, Corten steel panels, SAPA aluminium systems with Guardian glass, KONE lifts and Honeywell fire and safety systems.
