    Petra Group

    Petra Group is a Georgian investment holding founded in 2007 that develops branded resorts across the country: on the Black Sea at Tsikhisdziri, in the mountains at Gudauri and in the spa town of Borjomi. It works with Accor's Swissôtel, Pullman and Sofitel brands and with Radisson Collection, and brought Valor Hospitality Partners to Georgia for the first time. Its projects are built by Anagi Group and Concrete Solutions, and Bank of Georgia finances Petra Sea Resort and offers mortgages to buyers.

    Petra Group's record.

    Petra Group works with international hotel brands. Its Pullman residences are the first of the brand on Georgia's Black Sea coast, its Swissôtel in Gudauri is designed by ELIA, the Barcelona studio founded by Carlos Ferrater, and Valor Hospitality Partners entered Georgia through its partnership with Petra. Anagi Group and Concrete Solutions are its builders, and Bank of Georgia finances Petra Sea Resort.

    Delivery record

    Petra Sea Resort's first towers are due from the third quarter of 2027, with the rest of its first phase by the end of 2028; Pullman Living and Pullman Residences follow inside the same resort. In Gudauri, the Swissôtel hotel and residences are due in the fourth quarter of 2028, and in Borjomi Petra Group is developing Composers Resort with Radisson Collection.
