In Kobuleti it is building Grand Millennium Kobuleti, a 32-floor resort tower on the first sea line that carries the Grand Millennium brand of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, a group with more than 145 properties worldwide. The residences are sold turnkey only, with a full resort around them.

    THE TRACK RECORD

    KBK's record.

    KBK has chosen to bring an international operator to Kobuleti rather than build unbranded stock: the resort carries the Grand Millennium flag and will be run under it, with a rental pool for owners. Its engineering is specified in detail, from B30 to B35 concrete designed for magnitude 8 to 9 earthquakes to Schüco and Reynaers glazing, Daikin cooling and Zehnder ventilation. Wings & Freeman Capital is a strategic partner, and the company is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Georgia.

    The Kristal group's portfolio covers residential, commercial and infrastructure projects in several markets, including Sahil Park in Sumqayit. Grand Millennium Kobuleti is its flagship on the Georgian coast, scheduled for July 2030.
