Pullman Residences and Pullman Living are two towers inside Petra Sea Resort, the 20-hectare beachfront development at Tsikhisdziri on the coast between Batumi and Kobuleti. The sea is 50 metres away, Batumi 15 kilometres, and the ruins of Petra fortress stand next to the resort. Petra Group is the developer, and the towers carry Pullman, an Accor brand; Petra Group describes them as the first Pullman residences in Georgia.
The two towers do different jobs. Block A, Pullman Residences, rises 25 floors with private apartments from studios to three-bedroom homes and a penthouse, and buyers can take them fitted without furniture or fully turnkey. Block B, Pullman Living, rises 23 floors with hotel studios, one-bedroom units and penthouses that come fully fitted with furniture and operating equipment, ready for the hotel to let. Rooms have panoramic windows, balconies and terraces, with beds angled towards the sea.
The towers have their own lobby lounge with a café and bar, a gym and yoga room, a spa, an indoor pool, a restaurant and pool bar, a kids' club, and residence concierge, doormen and valet parking. Owners also use the wider resort: the private beach, the marina, the artificial lake, indoor and outdoor pools, shops and sports grounds.
Owners can place their apartment in an optional rental programme run by the Pullman resort, and they join Accor's owner benefits programme, with ALL Platinum status and 20% off the best available rate at participating Accor hotels. Parking can be bought underground or in the open.
