About the project
Petra Sea Resort is a beachfront resort at Tsikhisdziri, on the coast between Batumi and Kobuleti: 15 kilometres from Batumi, six from Kobuleti, and right beside the ruins of the sixth-century Petra fortress that gives the project its name. Petra Group is developing it on 20 hectares, with a master plan of more than 375,000 m² of building and its own private beach.
The first phase is the Triplet Towers, three 29-floor towers, A, B and C, holding studios and one-bedroom apartments over ground floors with a restaurant, bar and children's area. Tower A alone has 7,000 m² of recreational space. Beside them rise the Petra Residences, low-rise buildings of up to seven floors in Blocks D and K, grouped around shared outdoor pools, with one- and two-bedroom layouts and patios on the ground floor. Pullman Living and Pullman Residences, two branded towers, are part of the same resort.
The resort is planned around leisure: a pier, an artificial lake with an aquapark zone, tennis and padel courts and other sports grounds, indoor and outdoor pools with pool bars, spa and fitness centres, restaurants and cafés, children's areas indoors and out, and an outlet shopping zone. Every building has a reception, and residents get concierge, room service, housekeeping, security and CCTV. Valor Hospitality Partners manages the resort's facilities and can handle housekeeping and maintenance for owners.
Apartments are handed over in white frame, with optional renovation and furniture packages for a turnkey finish. Towers C and B come first, in the third and fourth quarters of 2027; Tower A and the low-rise blocks follow in the fourth quarter of 2028.
