About the project
Grand Life is a finished five-star hotel and residence building in Batumi's Airport District, developed by European Village. It carries the WorldHotels Luxury name, the luxury brand of WorldHotels within BWH Hotels (Best Western), and Aimbridge Hospitality is the hotel management company.
Two curved blocks wrap a courtyard with the pool. Block A holds 86 hotel rooms and Block B 69 residences. Every unit is handed over turnkey, with the finishing done and the furniture, plumbing and appliances in place, under 2.95-metre ceilings. All rooms except the Superior have king-size beds, and each comes with sound insulation, fibre-optic internet and a mini-bar.
The suites on sale start with Superior studios of 30.6 to 36.5 m² and go up to two-bedroom Suites of up to 116.8 m². In between sit one-bedroom Deluxe suites, Deluxe suites with a fireplace, and the City House units on the ground floor, which open onto a terrace of their own.
The hotel side leans on Georgian wine: a sommelier and a list of rare wines, master classes with Georgian sommeliers, a weekly evening with a winemaker, and the Fusion restaurant cooking Georgian recipes from local produce. The wellness centre has a sauna, massage rooms, a cedar barrel and wine therapy, next to a heated pool, a gym with personal trainers and EMS, and a cocktail bar. The roof has a winter garden and hosts morning yoga and evening chamber concerts. The building also has a coworking room looking over Batumi, a children's club with a playground, and bicycles and e-scooters for hire.
Owners of a unit get a free week each year in WorldHotels hotels through the International Travel Club, holiday exchange through RCI, and use of a five-star resort complex in Gonio on Ultra All Inclusive terms.
The walls are 30 cm ceramic block, the windows are REHAU double glazing, and a standby generator covers power cuts. European Village offers 42 months of interest-free instalments after a 30% down payment, and takes bank transfer, cryptocurrency or cash. Foreign buyers can own freehold in Georgia on the same terms as citizens.
The developer has finished four projects between 2019 and 2025 and is building Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio, due in 2026.
