The hotel is designed to Rotana's five-star standards, with interiors of the lobby, corridors, meeting rooms and kids' club by Creative Clinic. The company has offices in Batumi, Tbilisi and Gonio.

Pontus Rotana Resort & Spa, a 28-floor resort 50 metres from the sea in Gonio, has its structure complete; the façade and building systems follow, and the hotel is handed to Rotana between the end of 2026 and 2027.
