Ramada Batumi by Archi is a 30-floor aparthotel at 25 Inasaridze Street, on the first line of Batumi's New Boulevard, next to the aquapark and close to Metro City mall, the Adjarabet Arena, the International University Hospital, Carrefour and the rugby stadium. Archi, the Tbilisi developer behind Trump Tower Tbilisi, is building it, and it carries the Ramada Encore by Wyndham brand.
The building holds 696 apartments across 44,802 m², all delivered turnkey: a full premium renovation with furniture, appliances and accessories, so an owner can let the apartment from the first day. Archi Rent and the hotel operator manage the apartments as a hotel fund for owners who want them let.
The construction specification is precise. Walls are German YTONG aerated concrete blocks, which the developer says use about 40% less energy for heating and cooling and resist fire for four hours. The façade is ventilated FunderMax panelling, the glazing is low-emission, the lifts are KONE, and the building has soundproofing, its own water reservoir and a generator for the shared spaces. Guests and residents have a grand lobby with a round-the-clock reception and concierge, an outdoor pool with a sun terrace, a fitness centre, a spa, a restaurant, a bar and lounge, conference rooms and a kids' playroom, with parking underground and outside.
Archi offers interest-free instalments of up to 30 months, or a 20% down payment with the balance later, and payment can be made in dollars, euros or lari, with the purchase completed remotely. Handover is planned for December 2027.
