About the project
Real Palace Blue is a 29-floor residential tower at 95 Angisa Street on Batumi's New Boulevard, 170 metres from the beach. A shopping mall, restaurants, hypermarkets and a skate park are within walking distance. Real Palace, which has built in Tbilisi and Batumi since 2011, is completing it.
The tower rises 95 metres with twenty apartments to a floor and commercial space at ground level. It is built in reinforced concrete with DOKA formwork, clad in energy-efficient aluminium panels, and glazed with KÖMMERLING profiles and Roto NT fittings. Four high-speed Kleemann lifts serve it, including a fire-fighting lift, and every apartment has a smoke detector within a full fire safety system with alarms and automatic extinguishing.
Around the building are about 1,800 m² of landscaped grounds, and residents have a reception, an open terrace with a contactless café, a 24-hour concierge, security and CCTV, and underground parking for more than 100 cars. Apartments are handed over in green frame, with partitions, screed, wiring, plumbing and heating risers in place and tiled balconies. Handover is planned for December 2026.
