    Real Palace has developed residential buildings since 2011 and has completed twelve projects in Tbilisi and Batumi. In Batumi it delivered the two 41-floor towers of Black Sea Tower, the four-block complex on Pirosmani Street and a building on Javakhishvili Street, and in Tbilisi a building on Navtlugi Street. It builds with Kleemann lifts, KÖMMERLING glazing, Roto NT fittings and DOKA formwork, and has offices in both cities.

    Real Palace's record.

    A steady record of completions in both of Georgia's main markets is the company's strongest argument, and its specification is consistent from project to project: Kleemann lifts, KÖMMERLING glazing with Roto NT fittings, DOKA formwork and energy-efficient ventilated façades with insulated aluminium panels.

    Real Palace completed a 12-floor building on Javakhishvili Street in Batumi in 2014, the Pirosmani complex in Batumi in 2018, a 16-floor building in Isani in 2019, and in 2025 both Black Sea Tower, two 41-floor blocks on Zhiuli Shartava Avenue, and New Era by Europe Square. Real Palace Blue is due in December 2026 and GREEN by Real Palace in the first quarter of 2027.
