About the project
GREEN by Real Palace is a small residential building at 12a Bagi Street in Mtsvane Kontskhi, Green Cape, between the sea and the Batumi Botanical Garden. The beach is 200 metres away, the Botanical Garden about 700, and the centre of Batumi 8 kilometres.
The building occupies only 550 m² of its 2,467 m² plot, and the rest is given to recreation: a 15-metre outdoor pool, a gym, a reception and landscaped grounds, with underground parking for fifteen cars. It rises seven floors with about ten apartments to a floor, from compact studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments with terraces of 32 to 43 m².
Real Palace builds with an energy-efficient aluminium façade with added insulation, aluminium double-glazed windows and doors with Roto NT fittings, fast fire-resistant Kleemann lifts and a European-standard fire protection system. Apartments are handed over in green frame: entrance door, plastered walls and partitions, screed, electrical wiring, water and sewage risers, heating pipes, a gas riser to the entrance hall and tiled, waterproofed balconies. Buyers pay 20% on signing and the balance over a year, and handover is planned for the first quarter of 2027.
