About the project
Blue Sky Tower is a completed hotel and residential complex of two 37-floor blocks at 13 Tbel Abuseridze Street, on Batumi's Alley of Heroes, 500 metres from the sea. Like House built it, and the two blocks are made for two kinds of owner.
Block A is the hotel block: a Holiday Inn Resort occupies floors one to six, and the apartments above it are turnkey, renovated to Holiday Inn Resort standards. A management company lets them for their owners and takes care of the rental, renovation, utility bills and taxes. Block B is for people who want to live in their apartment or manage it themselves, and its apartments are sold in white frame, with turnkey also available.
Residents and guests share indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness room, a spa with medical treatments, Georgian, European and kosher restaurants and cafés, a shopping centre, a conference hall, children's playgrounds and a pharmacy, with reception, concierge, cleaning, a guarded territory and video surveillance. Because it is finished, buyers can see the apartment, the view and the hotel before they sign.
