It works with leading international studios, including David Chipperfield Architects, neri&hu and Arup, and its Batumi project, Silk Towers, is the first by Kengo Kuma & Associates in Georgia and the region.

    Silk Development's record.

    Design runs through the portfolio. Hotel Telegraph belongs to The Leading Hotels of the World and has been named among the world's most beautiful hotels, and Silk Development commissions studios such as Kengo Kuma & Associates, David Chipperfield Architects, neri&hu and Arup, with interiors by Gilles & Boissier and lighting by Ingo Maurer. For Silk Towers it ran an international geotechnical and seismic study with more than 400 metres of drilling. In September 2026, Moody's raised the credit rating outlook of its parent, Silk Road Group, to positive.

    Silk Development's completed work ranges from hotels, Tsinandali Estate, Park Hotel Tsinandali, the Radisson Blu Iveria in Tbilisi, the Radisson Blu Batumi and Hotel Telegraph, to Green Cape Botanico in Batumi, 80 apartments sold fully renovated with equipped kitchens, and public spaces such as Republic, the Iveria Beach Club and the Neptune sport complex. Silk Towers in Batumi is due in the fourth quarter of 2029.
