About the project
Armonia Resort is a beachfront resort in Grigoleti, in the Lanchkhuti municipality of Guria, on the Black Sea shore between Poti and Kobuleti. Grigoleti Lake is a kilometre away, Paliastomi Lake and the Kolkheti Nature Reserve four, and Batumi 43 kilometres to the south. Eco Hotels is developing it and will run it.
The resort combines two ways of owning. There are 34 private villas on plots of 300 to 403 m², each with its own pool, laid out in rows from the sea: Tropical villas on the first row, with direct access to the beach, Sakura on the second, and Armonia and Magnolia behind them. Each type comes in three designs, Classic, Modern and Ellipsis, and the villas are delivered fully finished and furnished. Alongside them, two five-star hotels hold more than 230 hotel units, sold fully renovated and furnished, with sea or garden views.
Half of the project area is green space, with private gardens and walking paths. Guests and owners share indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, wellness and beauty centre, a gym, an aqua park and entertainment zones, restaurants, including floating ones, cafés and a built-in shopping centre, with security cameras around the clock and a covered parking garage. Once fully paid, units are handed to the developer's hotel management for operation, maintenance and marketing.
