    ELT Group has built in Batumi since 2017 and develops integrated quarters rather than single buildings: ELT Quarter near the New Boulevard and Spanish Quarter in Tbilisi. It is an official partner of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and opened the first La Quinta by Wyndham in the Caucasus in Batumi in 2025, winning the International Opening Award at the Wyndham Global Conference that year. Since 2024 it has also partnered with Barceló Hotel Group, whose Occidental hotel will open in OXY Residence.

    ELT Group's record.

    ELT has made international hotel partnerships its method. It is an official Wyndham partner, received the International Opening Award at the Wyndham Global Conference in Las Vegas in 2025, signed a strategic partnership with Barceló Hotel Group in 2024, and works with IPM International Property Management, which runs apartments and boutique hotels in five European countries. The company has been named Leader of the Year in 2021, 2023 and 2025, and more than 60% of its buyers are non-resident investors.

    Delivery record

    ELT's first complex, Sunrise, was completed in 2020; Rainbow and Sunset followed in 2024 and the La Quinta by Wyndham hotel opened in 2025. Optima, Compact House and Marina Club are complete as well. Under construction in ELT Quarter are Status House, due in November 2028, and OXY Residence, with its Occidental hotel, due at the end of 2028; in Tbilisi, ELT is building Spanish Quarter with Barceló Hotel Group.
