About the project
Marina Club is a completed residential complex on the first sea line by Batumi's New Boulevard, at 17/19 Lech and Maria Kaczynski Street. It belongs to ELT Quarter, ELT Group's development of twelve blocks near the boulevard, which also includes La Quinta by Wyndham Batumi. Construction began in 2022, and the buildings are finished.
The complex is three towers, one of 16 floors and two of 18, joined by a common podium with commercial premises. Residents have a panoramic terrace with a pool and bar, an indoor and an outdoor pool, a spa with a sauna, a restaurant and cafés, a landscaped green courtyard and children's areas. A bridge leads from the complex onto the beach. The lobby has a reception and lounge staffed around the clock, with security and video monitoring, and parking is underground.
Because the buildings are finished, a buyer can see the apartment, its view and the shared areas before signing. Apartments are offered in three versions, at a base price, renovated, or turnkey and furnished, so buyers can choose how much work to take on themselves.
