    RenaiSunCity has been on the Batumi market since 2012 and has completed La Batumi Familia, a 19-floor building 400 metres from the sea. The project took part in Bank of Georgia's bank-guarantee programme for developers, with the bank's financial support, and was also backed by the Glucose pharmacy chain and the Billion supermarket chain. The company was general sponsor of the eleventh season of MasterChef and gave the winner a renovated apartment in the building.
