La Batumi Familia is a 19-floor residential building at 36 Grigol Eliava Street in Batumi, 400 metres from the sea and a five- to seven-minute walk from the New Boulevard and its beaches. The building is a monolithic reinforced-concrete frame designed for the region's seismic activity, with foam-block walls, panoramic windows and large open balconies with tempered-glass railings, behind a terracotta and white façade of aluminium composite panels. Because the building is finished, buyers can see their apartment before they sign. Apartments come in black frame or white frame, which adds plumbing and wiring inside the apartment, a floor screed and plastered walls.
