About the project
Dreamland Park is a new 80-metre tower of 25 floors in Chakvi, built by the Dreamland group next to its operating Dreamland Oasis resort. The sea is two minutes away, the resort one, and Batumi's centre, railway station and Botanical Garden fifteen minutes by car. The tower stands on a closed, guarded territory inside a eucalyptus park, and residents also have access to the Oasis infrastructure and an equipped beach.
The building has a monolithic frame on piles, eight lifts and six stairwells, a fire protection system with a detector in every apartment, and aluminium lift-and-slide windows with energy-efficient double glazing. Ceilings are 2.9 metres, and each apartment has its own hot water supply with the gas connection prepared in a boiler cabinet on the balcony. Parking is on four levels.
Life in the park includes a swimming pool, padel courts and other sports grounds, a restaurant and bar, boutiques and a mini market, a cinema, billiards, a kids' centre and a game zone, wellness facilities and green lounge areas, with a reception and security around the clock. Every apartment can be bought in white frame, renovated or turnkey. The building is due at the end of 2028.
