Grand Botanico Residence by Batumi Investment, Chakvi

Grand Botanico Residence is a gated complex at 2 Abashidze Street in Chakvi, the resort village up the coast from Batumi, about 250 metres from the sea and five minutes from the Batumi Botanical Garden. The centre of Batumi is twenty minutes by car, and cafés, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, a private clinic, a school and a kindergarten are close by. A eucalyptus grove stands on the site.

Batumi Investment is building two kinds of home here. The apartment building has six floors above an underground level with parking and storage rooms, with apartments from about 35 m² to 118 m². Beside it stand two- and three-storey townhouses, each with its own private plot, some facing the mountains and some the river.
