About the project
Tonino Lamborghini Tower Batumi rises 66 floors at 10/1 Odisseas Dimitriadi Street, on Batumi Island, the artificial island in the Makhinjauri and BNZ area, 30 metres from the sea. FK Development is building it under the Tonino Lamborghini brand, and the tower's name was unveiled in Batumi on 31 October 2025. It combines a branded hotel of 105 rooms with serviced apartments.
The apartments are to come with Tonino Lamborghini furniture made in Italy and smart-home technology, and the building runs on a VRF heating and ventilation system with eleven lifts. A premium line at the top offers units of around 200 m², and the tower has a helicopter landing pad.
Leisure is on a resort scale: three outdoor infinity pools and one indoor, a spa with a sauna and a fitness centre, a panoramic terrace, a rooftop restaurant and bar, a yacht club, access to a private beach and a 15,000 m² premium shopping mall, with offices and meeting rooms, concierge around the clock and parking for 500 cars. FK Development offers 20% down with up to four years of instalments, or 30% down with up to five, and completion is planned for the fourth quarter of 2030.
