About the project
Four Seasons Private Residences Jeddah stands on the Corniche, on the Red Sea waterfront. Midad Real Estate is building four towers here holding a 247-room Four Seasons hotel and 76 private residences, and the towers are joined by suspended bridges that each span 60 metres and carry eight floors. Those bridges finished in November 2024 and are the largest in the Middle East. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill did the architecture and Richmond International the interiors.
The homes run one to six bedrooms, 167.7 m² to 1,162.5 m², and the mix includes two and three bedroom duplexes as well as penthouses. Kitchens are designer-fitted with integrated appliances, and the larger layouts carry a show kitchen alongside a service kitchen. Bathrooms are stone, the glazing runs floor to ceiling, and every home has a balcony over the Red Sea.
What the residents get downstairs is a hotel's amenity list rather than a building's: an owners-only indoor pool kept at temperature, separate men's and women's gyms, wellness suites with private treatment rooms, a spa and hammam, a residents' lounge with sea views, private meeting rooms with an entertaining kitchen, and an outdoor terrace. Service is Four Seasons and runs around the clock: concierge, security, property management, valet, and lifts you need a card for.
Buying starts with a booking of SAR 50,000, which is not refundable, then 35% on signing the sales agreement. Five instalments of 10% follow every two months, and the last 15% falls at handover, so 85% is paid during construction. Completion is June 2027.
Midad publishes stock live, unit by unit, so we can tell you what is actually free today rather than what was free when a price list was printed. As it stands, 26 of the 76 homes are available, and the cheapest of them is SAR 6,716,214.

About Jeddah
Saudi Arabia's Red Sea gateway, with 57 approved ownership zones
Two numbers matter to a non-Saudi buyer. The first is 57, the count of approved zones in Jeddah where foreign ownership is permitted under the law in force since 22 January 2026, Jeddah Central among them. That is the widest access of any Saudi city. The second is price: apartments here average around SAR 4,385 per m², well under what the same space costs in the capital.
