About the project
NAJD 1 is a run of 24 townhouses in Al Qadisiyah, near the centre of Riyadh, and the first of the communities Reportage Saudi has built under the Najd name. All 24 houses have four bedrooms: eighteen are Type A and six are Type B, and both run over a ground floor, two upper floors and a roof.
The houses
They are handed over finished. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, every house has a maid's room, and the roof is a garden rather than a service deck. Kitchens come with cabinets and countertops, bathrooms and guest toilets are fully tiled with a shower in each, and the houses carry air conditioning, vanity units and mirrors, and private balconies or terraces to the unit plan.
The development
Inside it there is parking, landscaped ground, a running track, a mosque, sports facilities and a retail strip with a shopping centre. Al Qadisiyah covers the rest within a short drive: supermarkets, clinics, a gym, cafes and restaurants, and a bank.
Getting around
Dammam Road is three minutes away and the Northern Ring Road ten. Fifteen minutes covers King Fahad Stadium, the main metro station, Park Avenue Mall, Riyadh Front, the Fairmont Riyadh and Cenomi Al Hamra Mall. King Khalid International Airport is twenty.
Buying
There is one structure here rather than a menu: 20% of the price in instalments up to handover, and the balance carried through a bank from then. Handover is set for the third quarter of 2026.
