About the project
NAJD 2 is the second of the Najd communities, 28 townhouses on a single plot of 2,880 m² in Al Rimal, in the north east of Riyadh, with the ground falling away towards Wadi Tanhal in front of it.
The houses
Twelve of the 28 have three bedrooms and sit over a ground floor, one upper floor and a roof. The other sixteen have four bedrooms and take a second upper floor. Both carry a maid's room, and every bedroom has its own bathroom.
The finish is the same across the run: a fitted kitchen with cabinets and countertops, fully tiled bathrooms and guest toilets with a shower in each, central air conditioning, storage units and mirrors, private balconies or terraces to the unit plan, and a large garden on the roof.
The development
The plot holds a gym, a mosque and landscaped ground between the rows. Around it, Al Rimal carries the sports clubs, the retail and the restaurants, and the district is one of the greener parts of north east Riyadh.
Getting around
King Abdulaziz Equestrian Field is ten minutes away, King Fahd Security College thirteen. Fifteen minutes covers King Khalid International Airport, King Fahad Stadium, Naif College for National Security and the Holiday Inn in the Riyadh business district, the Radisson at the airport is seventeen, and both the Sultan bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City and the National Festival for Heritage and Culture are twenty.

Reportage prices the plans against the down payment: the larger it is, the larger the discount, and the instalment plans run at 1% a month up to handover. Every option is set out in the payment plan on this page. Handover is the fourth quarter of 2027.
