About the project
NAJD 4 is a gated community of low-rise buildings on 6,390 m² in Al Rimal, on Khuzam Road, which runs north east out of Riyadh to King Khalid International Airport. Nothing here rises above a ground floor and three, which is what keeps the light in the courtyards.
The apartments
Eighty-six one-bedroom apartments sit on the ground floor, each with a private garden. Above them are duplexes of one and two bedrooms, and every duplex has a garden terrace on the roof with a sitting area of its own. Selected apartments carry a terrace instead.
Kitchens are fully fitted with cabinets and countertops, bathrooms are fully tiled, master bedrooms have their own bathroom, and the air conditioning is central plant with independent control in each apartment. Every apartment has storage and a parking space underground.
The development
A planted spine runs through the middle of the site, and the shared ground sits along it: a swimming pool of 65 m², a gym of 80 m² and a children's play area of 60 m². Parking is underground, one space per car, so the surface stays for people. Mosques, shops and schools are within walking distance, and the district carries parks, sports clubs, cinemas and restaurants.
Getting around
Al Thumama Main Road and King Abdulaziz Equestrian Field are ten minutes away, King Khalid International Airport and the Mountain Trail twelve, Roshn Front Mall fifteen, the Radisson at the airport sixteen, Princess Nora University eighteen and Wadi Tanhal nineteen. The site sits beside the growth corridor running out to the Expo 2030 grounds.
Buying
The plans trade a larger down payment for a larger discount, and the instalment plans run at 1% a month up to handover with a 5% step after the first year. Parking is charged on top of the apartment.
