Padel Living Residences is DarGlobal's residential building on King Abdulaziz Road in Jeddah, immediately next to Trump Plaza Jeddah. The name is literal: the roof carries padel courts kept for residents, open around the clock, and that is the feature most buyers come back to.
Apartments run from one to four bedrooms, 55.19 m² to 197.52 m² internally. They are handed over unfurnished but with the kitchen already fitted out: hob and oven, fridge-freezer, extractor hood and a washer-dryer. Each unit comes with one parking space. Floors are 60x60 porcelain, bathroom fittings are Kohler, Duravit or Roca, and every window is double-glazed with insulation.
Payment splits into five equal instalments of 20%. Four are tied to construction: signing, the basement structure, the fifth-floor slab and the finishing works. The fifth falls twelve months after the completion date, so a fifth of the price is still outstanding a year after handover. Funds are held in escrow at Alinma Bank. Completion is set for December 2030, and the service charge is SAR 45 per m².
DarGlobal offers the building to buyers of all nationalities, individuals rather than companies.
