About the project

Trump Tower Jeddah is a 47-floor tower on the Corniche, and the location does most of the work. The beach and the Rosewood, Raffles and Four Seasons hotels are five minutes away, Red Sea Mall ten, the Formula 1 circuit thirteen and King Abdulaziz International Airport nineteen.

Apartments run one to four bedrooms, 70 m² to 180 m², with three and four bedroom penthouses at 300 m² to 365 m². They arrive unfurnished. The larger layouts include a maid's room with its own bathroom. Kitchens have Smeg appliances on engineered stone countertops, floors are marble-look 60x120 porcelain, and cooling runs on a chilled-water fan coil system that is concealed everywhere except the driver's and maid's rooms. Water is heated centrally by solar. Every window is double glazed. Downstairs there is a swimming pool, a children's pool and a gym, and the car parks are wired for EV chargers.

What is on the market today is twelve two-bedroom apartments from SAR 3,917,760, a three-bedroom penthouse at SAR 16,088,680 and a four-bedroom penthouse at SAR 19,357,190. You pay 20% on signing and then ten instalments of 10%, each tied to a floor as it tops out, with the last one on completion. The whole price is therefore paid during construction and nothing is left at handover. A 5% registration fee falls due on completion, and DarGlobal allows resale once 40% is paid. Money is held in escrow at Emirates NBD.

About Jeddah

Saudi Arabia's Red Sea gateway, with 57 approved ownership zones

Jeddah is Saudi Arabia's second city and its Red Sea port, and it has always been the country's most outward-facing place. Pilgrims have arrived here on their way to Makkah and Madinah for centuries, and it was a trading city long before anyone called it a tourist one. That history is why it reads differently from Riyadh. Riyadh runs on government and on the companies moving their regional headquarters there. Jeddah runs on the coast, the events calendar and a resident population that has lived alongside foreigners for generations.

Two numbers matter to a non-Saudi buyer. The first is 57, the count of approved zones in Jeddah where foreign ownership is permitted under the law in force since 22 January 2026, Jeddah Central among them. That is the widest access of any Saudi city. The second is price: apartments here average around SAR 4,385 per m², well under what the same space costs in the capital.
