    Ambassadori Island Batumi is developing an 84-hectare district of two reclaimed peninsulas and an island at the northern entrance to Batumi, with nearly half of it, 49%, given to parks and recreation. Arup drew the master plan, Yuksel Proje handles the marine engineering and Colliers prepared the development programme. The company belongs to the Ambassadori Group, active in Georgian hospitality, retail, entertainment and real estate since 2004, and its first building, The First Tower, is a 216-metre residential tower under construction since September 2025.

    THE TRACK RECORD

    Ambassadori Island Batumi's record.

    The project is backed by a group with an established hospitality business in Georgia: the Ambassadori hotels in Tbilisi, Batumi and Goderdzi, the Ambassadori Kachreti Golf Resort and the Keburia Winery, as well as a restaurant chain and the Stefano Ricci franchise. The island also has a memorandum with the Batumi State Maritime Academy to train and license residents and guests to sail.

    Delivery record

    The island has passed its environmental impact assessment and holds an approved master plan, a construction permit and full legal ownership of the land. The First Tower, 58 floors and 216 metres, is being built by Anagi and is due in the first quarter of 2029. Around it the plan adds a marina and yacht club, a central forest park with a 3.2-kilometre path, schools and kindergartens, an aquapark, shops, offices, hotels and villas.
