    Corall Development

    Corall Development brings together three established Georgian groups, Ibercompany Holding, Grande Group and Mziuri Development, to build Corall Seaside Resort on the beach at 1 Tamar Mepe Avenue in Batumi. Each partner brings its own experience: Ibercompany a diversified holding with real estate and tourism among its businesses, Grande Group a chain of mountain and city hotels and a Tbilisi residential development, and Mziuri Development a Georgian-British developer that has worked with Crowne Plaza and Hotel Indigo. The architect is Davit Gogichaishvili of the Hausart studio.

    THE TRACK RECORD

    Corall Seaside Resort is the partners' joint project and their most ambitious on the coast: two towers on the beach, Tower A of 55 floors with a five-star hotel of 100 suites and Tower B of 52 floors with studios and one-bedroom apartments, a private beach and a private yacht club with individual piers. Davit Gogichaishvili and his studio Hausart, whose work includes the Paragraph Hotel, Batumi Tower with Le Méridien and the Sheraton Metekhi Palace, designed it.

    Delivery record

    The track record sits with the partners. Grande Group runs the Bakuriani Inn, Gudauri Inn and Gori Inn hotels and has built the Krtsanisi Grande residential development in Tbilisi. Mziuri Development, founded in 2019, has worked with the Crowne Plaza and Hotel Indigo brands and is developing Mziuri Gardens, Mziuri Annex and Mziuri Wellness in Adjara. Ibercompany Holding spans winemaking, real estate, commercial property, energy, agriculture, trading and tourism.
