    VR Holding was founded in 2010 by Noshiko Namoradze and has fifteen years of experience building resort-style residences. In Tbilisi it has completed four phases of VR Krtsanisi Resort Residence, and on the coast it is building VR Shekvetili Forest-Beach on 40 hectares, where it opened the first official Café del Mar Beach Club in Shekvetili. It works with TBC Bank, Bank of Georgia and Marriott, and with suppliers such as KONE, OTIS, Schüco, Knauf and Heidelberg.

    VR builds on land it secures with permits in hand: 8 hectares for the first Krtsanisi phases in 2013, 20 hectares for the next in 2019, 40 hectares in Shekvetili in 2023 and 1.9 hectares for the Vake tower in 2026. It has official representations in fourteen countries, and Ilia Topuria is its brand ambassador.

VR Shekvetili Forest-Beach is delivered in phases from the third quarter of 2027, and VR Vake Sky Tower in Tbilisi is due at the end of 2031.
