About the project
Azure Tower stands at 30 Shota Rustaveli Avenue in Batumi, with only a park between the building and the shoreline. The tennis courts and Nurigel Lake are a few minutes away on foot, the Boulevard and the Japanese Garden five, Europe Square ten, and Old Batumi 750 metres. MC Construction, the Georgian company of the Turkish builder 5M İnşaat, is building it, and the structure is already complete.
The project is two towers, of 14 and 48 floors, with 704 units, and it is planned like a hotel. Hotel guests, business tenants and residents each have their own entrance. The second floor holds a spa, a fitness studio, an indoor pool and beauty and massage rooms; the fourth an à la carte restaurant and a Turkish restaurant with a 1,200 m² open-air terrace. A 3,600 m² business hub adds conference halls, meeting rooms, co-working and Class A offices with their own lifts.
Residences are sold turnkey and managed. The specification includes Mitsubishi Electric lifts, Geberit plumbing, a hotel-grade VRF climate system, triple-glazed Low-E panoramic windows, marine-grade aluminium and smart keyless access. The Azure Tower Management Company runs the rental side, with an owner portal that shows occupancy, financials and the condition of the apartment, concierge, cleaning, laundry and transfers, and owners of managed units keep two months a year for their own use. The keys are due in the fourth quarter of 2027.
