About the project
Monogram is a 29-floor tower at 81/83 Angisa Street on Batumi's New Boulevard, about 100 metres from the beach and next to the Metro City shopping centre. Symbol builds it with its own construction company, using concrete from its own plant, and every pour is laboratory tested.
The building mixes uses on its lower floors and keeps them apart. The ground floor holds a restaurant, a children's zone and co-working; floors two to four are hotel rooms that are not for sale; and the fifth floor is the residents' leisure level, with a heated pool under a glass roof for swimming all year, a fitness centre, a spa with a hammam and sauna, a café and an open terrace. Apartments start on the sixth floor, with their own three lifts and reception, separate from the five lifts that serve the hotel floors. A panoramic roof terrace with a bar tops the tower.
The façade is glass and Alucobond with travertine on the balcony partitions. There is no gas in the building: the double-glazed windows are energy-efficient, every apartment is wired for underfloor heating, and solar panels power the common areas and the lifts. Apartments come in green frame, with the windows, screed, all electrical and plumbing points, the entrance door and a glazed balcony in place, or turnkey and fully furnished, and neighbouring units can be combined, with the in-house architect drawing the joint layout free of charge. Monogram's own management company provides concierge, room service, cleaning and a reception in every lobby, and can let apartments for their owners.
