About the project
Travel Inn is a club house of forty apartments in Gonio, the resort south of Batumi, 400 metres from the sea. It rises ten floors, and its panoramic glazing looks out to the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. All the permits are issued, and both residents and non-residents can register their purchase.
It is an intimate building rather than a resort complex. The territory is gated, with access control and security around the clock, and residents have a heated outdoor pool with sun loungers, a bar and relaxation areas, a reception and a waiting area. Ceilings reach three metres, and the building has a lift and video surveillance.
The apartments run from compact units of about 23 m² to a single 170 m² apartment on the top floor, in layouts from one to three bedrooms, and the price per square metre rises with the floor. The standard handover is green frame; on the upper floors black frame is offered at a lower price, and a turnkey finish can be agreed. The developer sells with 30% down and the balance over up to twelve months.
